Abhishek is member of chartered accountant. He has worked in Big4 firm for 14 years where he was a Director in Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory. He has got vast experience in the field of IFRS and US GAAP and advisory engagements. He has extensive experience in capital market transaction and has been involved with Capital issues, Carve-out of businesses, international bond listing etc.
Anushree is qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2004 with an all-India merit Rank in the entrance exam. Her areas of expertise include: Statutory audits, international audits, Special and Component audits and Limited Reviews. She has led various audit and assurance engagements as per IFRS, US GAAP, Indian GAAP and UK GAAP for many organizations including listed companies in various sectors.
